Construction Update
Dubai Hills Estate is largely complete in most of the areas although pandemic interrupted a big process. Since 2016, the projects were being completed and handed over from the first prestigious villas in the middle of the gold course. The villas, known as “The Street of Dreams” are in the Hills Grove being handed over shortly after the master project was introduced. In November 2018 Golf Course was opened and the following year the residentials completed and handed over with more villas such as 6-7 bedrooms large villas in Fairway Vistas and Parkway Vistas. In 2019, quite a number of villas communities including Sidra and Maple were completed and handed over to many residents. While Acacia which consists of two buildings was launched offering 477 units ranging 1- 3 bedrooms in 2019 as well. In 2020 Dubai Hills Mall was handed over to launch though set to open the following year.
Consideration
One thing should come into consideration is the amount of construction noise and other effects in the area at the moment, thus, Dubai Hills is still a serene area to live as families.
